Create CommUNITY’s stragey is t o close the racial disparity gaps in Educational Attainment, Access to Housing, and Access to Healthcare.

Focusing on the St. Cloud community, defined as the St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids/Rice, Sartell/St. Stephen, and the Rocori school districts by:

–Increasing awareness about racism within the community, and

–Educating the community about anti-racism, and

–Building capacity in non-profit and for-profit community resources to help close the racial disparity gaps;

Through the use of local and national grant dollars; with paid staff members and advisors, and a sustainable network of volunteer community stakeholders
